Shipments and Returns
We ship worldwide! And best of all, our one-time shipping fee is a flat rate, and NOT per item! You can order as many items as you like and pay just a single shipping fee.
Our shipping rates are variable : Continental France and French Overseas territories (know as D.O.M) : € 3.90 - French Overseas territories (know as T.O.M) : € 6.00 - International countries : € 7.50 (Registered and Insured).
Shipping of your package
Orders are usually dispatched from Monday to Friday within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment (except weekends and holidays). They are sent via La Poste with a tracking number and/or delivered without or with signature and/or as registered. The packages can also be shipped by express courier via DHL/UPS and delivered against signature. You can track your package online via your customer account on our website at this address: MY ACCOUNT
The shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. We recommend that you combine all your items in one main order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to the packaging (items are always properly protected).
Continental France *: from 4 working days to one week, depending on the distribution network of La Poste on which you depend.
France Overseas *: usually 5 to 8 working days.
International *: usually 15 to 30 working days.
Poorly served postal destinations * may take longer: 45 to 90 days

Online tracking is unfortunately not available in many countries.
The services of La Poste are reliable, cases of loss or damage of shipments are rare.
Your shipment is insured, if a loss or damage occurred, we will refund the amount of your purchase, minus shipping costs.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
In case you receive your package with a damaged packaging, do not accept the shipment and refuse the delivery, report the damage to your postman and to your post office and contact us immediately here : CONTACT US
If you have already signed or received the package, please do not open it. Take several pictures from the outside the package, then send them to us by email CONTACT US. This will allow us to help you either return the shipment, or exchange them or refund them.
In most cases, the items are well packaged and are very rarely damaged.
If you do not receive your order by priority shipment within 30 to 60 business days (depending on destination), please contact us so that we can file a claim with the post office. If the complaint gives rise to a confirmation of loss, we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement items, if applicable (minus shipping costs). Claims take 30 to 60 days to be processed by La Poste's claims department. Please note that if your country is on the list of countries for which the shipping time is 30 to 60 days, we can not offer a replacement or refund before the expiration of a minimum of 60 days.
Customs duties and taxes
In many countries, correctly declared express shipments (DHL) may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Standard mail takes longer, but usually avoids additional costs. Please note that we have no control over the amount of import taxes and customs fees that may be applied in your country. Import tax, customs fees and/or all taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer.
Exchange and refund (FULL 30-day money-back guarantee)
Any customer who placed an order through our website will be offered FULL 30-day money-back guarantee, the return of the goods being done at its own expense, in good condition, in the original packaging. The refund will be made on the total of the order, minus transport costs.
* Please note that stones sold in Lots and Parcel are excluded from any refund option and do not have a 30-day return guarantee.
The professional customers has a period of 5 working days to make a claim and benefit from either the refund or exchange standard and return to us at his expense the goods in good condition and in its original packaging. The refund will cover the total amount of the order, minus the shipping cost.
It is expressly agreed between the buyer and the seller, that the merchandise remains the entire property of the EFIMEX company until receipt of the invoice.
